Random thought i woke up with...

Love is blind.

But i say that true love sees clearly every mistake and flaw and yet loves still. 

True love is not blind, it is true and not conditioned by what it sees. ♥

Broken

It seems worth it if you seek me out again,
Otherwise it's a jab twisted in my heart times ten.
I offered my heart, so vulnerable and laid bare,
Longing that you would tend to it with care.
Instead it was prodded and poked,
As if my gift of love was some sort of joke.
Now i am left bleeding and honestly, Im soaked.

Every day consists of constant thought,
A reminder of what i treacherously sought.
Thinking I knew exactly what i wanted,
But now finding myself completely haunted.
Looking for a form of validation from you-
Something proven utterly untrue.
Is letting go wholly, all that i have left to do?

Let go I must.
You God, I trust.
